Using this site means accepting what is below. It is short because the site is simple: there is no account, no payment and no data held on your behalf.

What you may do with it

Use the builder for anything lawful, personal or commercial, as often as you like. The documents it writes are yours entirely; no claim is made on them and nothing is added to them. You are responsible for holding the rights to the photographs you put in, and for whatever you do with the document afterwards.

What you may not do with it

Do not use it to assemble material you are not entitled to hold or send, to forge a document, or to misrepresent something as an original record. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the service that hosts it.

No warranty

The builder is offered as it stands. It is tested against a wide spread of files and it will still meet one it cannot open, and a browser that runs out of memory part-way through a long document is a real possibility on a phone. Keep the original photographs until you have opened the finished PDF and satisfied yourself that it is right. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular file, portal or printer will accept the result.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this site — including a missed deadline, a rejected submission, or a document that did not come out as expected. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.

If this page is rewritten

Whatever stands here on the day you open the builder is what governs that visit. There is no notification mechanism and no archive of earlier wordings, because there is no account and nothing continuing between you and this site to notify you about.
